"I just wanted to give you an update on how things are going since I have been following your suggestions.

The aloe has helped in the healing process, I have changed my diet
significantly also. Fruit, veges, fish, legumes and whole grains. My bowel movements have improved greatly, much truer to what you discuss ... I have been using aniseed seeds and steep them with honey, seem to be good for antispasmodic and digestion.

The bowel movements are nor nearly as painful and my hemorrhoids have improved significantly. I am still taking a lot of vitamins as well.

I feel as if I am much closer to being healed and these are my
remaining challenges...
